Our sales dates are posted weeks in advance here, on Instagram, and through our email newsletter. Pictures are usually posted as well, so you can get an idea of what will be available. The address will be shared a few days leading up to the sale.

A sign-up sheet is provided 2 hours before a sale (at the entrance of the home) for our eager beavers and early birds. It determines who can enter the sale first, second, etc. It is to safely and efficiently get the first large crowd into the sale location. After signing up, you can leave and get a coffee, etc. but we ask that you return 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale for when we line people up.

No, an item can not be reserved. Per estate sale etiquette, all items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can only be purchased during sale hours.

You can shop the sale once it begins! When you find an item you want, look for our friendly employees who will add it to your ticket. When you’re done, you’ll bring the item(s) and ticket to checkout for purchase by card, cash, or check. Remember - if you have an item in your hand, it must be on your ticket! No holding onto items.

We request that items be taken as soon as they are purchased.
Unfortunately, for insurance purposes, we are not able to help load items, art, or furniture for our customers. Everything is sold as is, where is. We ask that you have help for larger pieces. Please plan accordingly!
