PARKING:
Due to the location of this sale on Grand Blvd, parking will be limited and restricted to the NORTH side of Grand Blvd only—the same side as the house. There will be NO PARKNG on the south side of the street, which is where the country club is located. We encourage attendees to carpool whenever possible. The driveway will be reserved exclusively for picking up purchased items. An attendant will be stationed at the driveway entrance throughout the sale to assist with traffic flow and pickups.
Please note that the home is located at the end of a long driveway, requiring a moderate walk from the street to the sale entrance. As a result, accessibility may be limited for some guests.
Please do not block driveways or fire hydrants, and be sure to follow all posted parking signs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Large bags, oversized purses, and strollers will not be permitted inside the sale.

SIGN-UP:
The sign-up sheet will be placed outside the front door by 6:30 a.m Fri & Sat.
The sale doors will open at 8:00 a.m. sharp.
What is the Sign Up Sheet?
The Sign Up Sheet is set out early so you can sign up for orderly entry at the start of the sale. You must be in person to sign up. It is meant to give families the time to sign up, run home to take the kids to school, and get back before doors open. You do not have to sign up to come to the sale, but at the very start, we will allow people to enter in order of the Sign Up Sheet. After this, it will be come and go as you please. All are welcome!
PICKUP:
Everything is sold as is, where is. If you purchase something, you are responsible for moving it. Our team is not able to help move. Please plan accordingly. The final pickup will be on Sunday.
SECURITY:
We will have security on site. Please be respectful to them as they are there to keep things moving and everyone safe.
All Guns, Gold, and Silver will be kept off-site until the sale opens.
PARKING:
Please follow all street and neighborhood parking signs.
DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS.
