Tips for a Successful Sale

  • Preferably, sales are conducted at the home being liquidated, but under special circumstances, off-site sales can be arranged.

  • Do not throw anything away! Keep personal papers, family photos, and sentimental items. Our team will help determine what to sell, donate, or discard.

  • We provide all necessary equipment, including tables, hanging racks, shelves, bins, pricing supplies, and lighting.

  • Unsold items can be donated or disposed of, with itemized receipts provided for tax purposes.

  • Your home will be left broom clean.

  • You’ll receive a statement of accounts and a check within 14 days of the sale.

  • All signage and advertising are handled by our team, so you can focus on what matters most.
