Tips for a Successful Sale
Preferably, sales are conducted at the home being liquidated, but under special circumstances, off-site sales can be arranged.
Do not throw anything away! Keep personal papers, family photos, and sentimental items. Our team will help determine what to sell, donate, or discard.
We provide all necessary equipment, including tables, hanging racks, shelves, bins, pricing supplies, and lighting.
Unsold items can be donated or disposed of, with itemized receipts provided for tax purposes.
Your home will be left broom clean.
You’ll receive a statement of accounts and a check within 14 days of the sale.
All signage and advertising are handled by our team, so you can focus on what matters most.
